I grew up in the Kansas City area and am excited to build something great for patients. Something that will positively impact all patients who walk through the door.

I believe the secret to medicine lies in caring for each person, while delivering clinical excellence. This is the experience I strive to provide for all patients.

Patient Story

Randy Shoemaker went in for a routine heart checkup and left with a lung cancer diagnosis. Thanks to the quick action of our dedicated medical team at NKC Health's Cancer Care, he completed 35 radiation sessions and celebrated his recovery.

Dr. Park is an awesome Dr.! I have been seeing him for around a year! I had cancer on my tongue and he had done the radiation treatments for me. He is awesome! He is straight to the point and will answer the questions relating to what you are seeing him for! And they were all there when I got to ring the bell! It was very emotional for me!

I learned something new on every visit. I was given moisturizer samples with coupons! The nutrition specialist gave me protein drink samples with coupons! Dr. Park explained the procedures as well as the reasons why certain things needed to be done. When he gave me instructions he would always ask if I was ok with that and if I had any questions. Everyone in the entire office treated me with respect and made me feel like a human as well as their patient. I chose not to ring the bell but I was given a certificate and that made me feel very special. It is an experience that I will always remember.

So impressed with Dr Park and the entire staff! All are so concerned with you and your health. Always very thorough with explanations, and always asking if you have questions. Hated the reason I was there but thankful I went through this with this team.

Dr. Park and his entire staff provide top notch service and care. When cancer appears out of nowhere, life feels like it is spiraling quickly and your norm seems to disappear. Dr. Park makes not only the patient, but the entire family feel seen and heard. His expertise, care, communication, and attentiveness makes this whole terrifying process seem manageable. His office was our “safe haven” daily. We cannot say enough about Dr. Park and his entire team. Fantastic through and through.

Have to have ct scans every 3 months, it's a touch of cancer but not enough to operate. Stan lost the number for the ulugologist please resend to us. For this prostate keeping from pee. Thanks so much. Georgia Kimmel k
